How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible. You should receive your order 1-2 days after dispatch
Can I have my order delivered to another address?
Yes, but you must also provide the cardholders address at the time of ordering. We have security checks in place to make sure the address you give matched the address of the cardholder so failure to enter the correct cardholder address will delay your order. We recommend entering a delivery address which is occupied during the day (such as a work address) so that someone can sign for your order.
When can I visit the shop?
Shop opening times will vary throughout the year. Please check the shop opening times before visiting us. We will review the opening times regularly and hope to extend them in due course to non match days, evenings and weekends.
Can I visit the shop when there is a match on?
If you are not a paying spectator you can still visit the shop on a match day, apart from major matches such as Internationals, One Day Finals and T20's. Simply go to the main entrance and you will be guided into the shop which is located about 50 yards away.
Is there parking available for the shop?
There is no dedicated parking available for the shop but the Ageas Bowl has plenty of parking on site on all days apart from major match days when parking in the ground is only possible if you have a permit.
Are the items listed on the website the same as in the shop?
The stock control on the website is linked to the shop in real time so if the website says it is in stock it means we have it in the shop.
